Job SummaryWe are seeking a Lead Analyst - ERP Workstream to support a major ERP/business transformation initiative. This position will work closely with Change Management, Program, Deployment, and Business teams to support change impact analysis, stakeholder readiness, business enablement, analytics, and deployment activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting organizational change initiatives, strong analytical and communication skills, and exposure to ERP implementations or large-scale business transformations.

Project Details

• Support a large-scale ERP transformation and deployment program.
• Partner with Change Management and deployment teams to identify and document business impacts.
• Analyze stakeholder, change impact, and organizational readiness data.
• Support deployment readiness, communications, and business enablement activities.
• Track change mitigation actions and provide reporting/status updates.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of overall professional experience.
• 1+ year supporting a major organizational change or transformation initiative.
• Experience with Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with change impact assessment and stakeholder analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting/analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills

• Prior experience supporting ERP implementations or ERP transformation programs.
• Experience with organizational readiness assessments.
• Experience supporting surveys, focus groups, or readiness evaluations.
• Experience developing or supporting communication plans.
• Experience tracking change mitigation and deployment activities.
• Experience working with Go/No-Go readiness activities.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational change.
• Experience working with large, complex, cross-functional programs.
