  • Expertise:<\/b> Proven experience in body -conscious apparel and "close -to -body" product testing.

  • Communication:<\/b> Exceptional ability to manage sensitive, body -conscious discussions with discretion, respect, and inclusivity.

  • Data -Driven:<\/b> Ability to turn complex athlete feedback into actionable insights for design and development.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Influencing Skills:<\/b> A track record of identifying opportunities and implementing solutions alongside leadership.

    What You Will Do<\/b>
    <\/h3>

    As an integral part of the Apparel Product Testing Team, you will bridge the gap between athlete insights and technical execution.
    <\/p>

    • Execute & Evolve:<\/b> Lead all aspects of product testing while evolving practices to advance our global capabilities.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Analyze:<\/b> Expertly interpret quantitative and qualitative data to deliver high -impact reports to Product Creation and Apparel Leadership.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Collaborate:<\/b> Partner cross -functionally with Design, Merchandising, Technical Development, Risk Engineering, and Apparel Labs.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Amplify the Athlete’s Voice:<\/b> Build relationships with target athletes to capture feedback that ensures our fit and performance meet the highest global standards.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strategy:<\/b> Recruit test groups and develop long -term strategies for a broader, more inclusive testing program.
