Project Leader Architect--Retail & Hospitality Studio (115K-130K)
A multidisciplinary architecture and design firm is seeking a Project Leader Architect to join a Dallas-based Retail & Hospitality Studio. This role is ideal for an experienced architect who can lead client-facing commercial projects, manage consultants, guide technical documentation, and keep fast-moving retail and hospitality work on schedule.

What You'll Do
· Lead retail, restaurant, hospitality, mixed-use, and commercial projects from early design through construction administration.
· Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams.
· Manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, deliverables, and communication.
· Review drawings, details, specifications, and consultant documents for quality and coordination.
· Support presentations, design studies, permitting, and construction-phase issue resolution.
· Mentor junior team members and help maintain strong project delivery standards.
What We're Looking For
· 8+ years of architecture experience preferred.
· Professional degree in Architecture required.
· Architectural license preferred.
· Retail, hospitality, restaurant, mixed-use, or commercial project experience preferred.
· Strong technical documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration experience.
· Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design/documentation software experience preferred.
· Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
