Art DirectorRequired Education: Bachelor's degree or military experience Required Experience: 2+ years of professional digital design experience (social and site design or UX/UI design) 2+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Portfolio of relevant creative work with strategy descriptions required Preferred Experience: Experience in luxury, travel, or finance industries 2+ years of experience with Figma and complex digital design libraries/standardsJob Summary: The company's Brand Creative team is seeking an Art Director with a modern, elevated portfolio to bring the brand to life across platforms, with a heavy emphasis on digital channels including site and social.Job Duties: Develop polished creative for a range of channels, with special emphasis on site and social, and flexibility to support other channels as needed Brainstorm big concepts one day, tackle detail-oriented projects the next Guard the brand and deeply understand brand standards to drive consistency and recognition across work Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and the extended Brand team, as well as marketing and digital standards partners Create strategic work that cuts through the noise and adapts to varying briefs and business goals Think across integrated channels, products, and experiences Use evidence to inform creative decisions and proactively surface new insights Bring new ideas that raise the bar and push mindsets Present work compellingly, tailoring the pitch for different audiences**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.**Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.
