Job Description:
- Lead and support the assembly team in daily production activities.
- Assemble products and components while ensuring quality standards.
- Rotate team members through different production tasks.
- Supervise forklift operations and other equipment as needed.
- Plan work schedules and assignments to meet production goals.
- Ensure safety and workplace regulations are followed.
- Train and guide team members to improve performance.
- Maintain production quality and support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 8 10 years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
