What This Role Is All AboutAs a Lead Associate, you are a key part of the store's daily operations and leadership support. You help set the tone for the team, support the flow of the floor, and step in to guide others when needed. You are still very much customer facing, but you also play an important role in keeping the team aligned, supporting compliance, and helping drive overall store performance.

What You Will Be DoingLeading the Floor Help manage the daily flow of the sales floor and customer experience. Support Associates during busy periods and more complex interactions. Act as a go to for questions, direction, and support throughout the shift.

Supporting the Team Help onboard and train new team members Reinforce company standards, expectations, and SOPs. Provide real time coaching and feedback to support team development.

Driving Customer Experience and Sales Ensure every customer receives a consistent and high quality experience. Support store goals such as AOV, UPT, and overall customer satisfaction. Step in to resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely way. 

Maintaining Compliance and Operations Ensure ID checks, transactions, and daily processes are completed correctly. Support inventory counts, audits, and delivery check ins. Help maintain a clean, organized, and audit ready environment. 

Partnering with Leadership Support Managers and Assistant Managers with daily operations. Communicate any issues, trends, or opportunities you are seeing. Help maintain accountability and consistency across the team

Total Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay $22.00 per hour Approximately 40 hours per week Estimated annual base pay of $45,760

Additional Earnings Tips average around $[4] per hour, approximately $8,320 per year Monthly bonus potential up to $3600 per year Product testers valued around $3600 per year Employee discount of 20 percent, estimated value around $900 per year

Benefits Health insurance with 50 percent company contribution, approximately $62 per month Dental insurance with 50 percent company contribution, approximately $13 per month Vision insurance [fully covered or partial], approximately $4 per month Paid time off of 56, hours annually, approximately $1232 in value Sick time off of 40, hours annually, approximately $880 in value

Estimated Total Compensation Approximately $65,731 per Year

What We Are Looking For Previous retail or dispensary experience preferred. Leadership or key holder experience is a plus Strong communication and problem solving skills. Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities. Comfortable supporting team accountability and compliance. Meets all state requirements to work in a dispensary.
