This role involves independent case management, strong client communication, and collaboration with firm staff and leadership.Responsibilities Manage a caseload of plaintiffs' personal injury matters from intake through resolutionConduct depositions and hearingsDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefsDevelop case strategy in coordination with firm leadershipMaintain consistent and compassionate client communication throughout the life of each matterCollaborate with paralegals, investigators, and support staffMeet deadlines and manage court calendars across active mattersQualifications Active Rhode Island bar license in good standingMinimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiffs' sideStrong research, writing, and advocacy skillsAbility to manage a caseload with minimal supervisionProficiency with case management software and legal research platformsCommitment to client‑centered representationSalary: $185,000 – $250,000 annually, commensurate with experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
