DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A DETAIL LEAD?
- Lead and support the detailing team in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring every vehicle meets our quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Coach, train, and develop detail technicians while promoting accountability, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the department.
- Oversee exterior washes, interior cleaning, and final presentation to ensure every vehicle leaves the shop in showroom-ready condition.
- Perform or assist with paint polishing and buffing as needed while training team members on proper techniques
- Conduct final quality inspections, ensuring every repair is customer-ready
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing department
- Coordinate daily workflow, prioritize assignments, and communicate effectively with production leadership to keep repairs moving.
HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOITALBES:
- Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 5:00PM schedule
- Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
- You must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models
- Attention to detail with a positive can do attitude
