Lead Automotive Technician - *Second Shift*

Now Hiring: Second Shift Lead TechnicianSchedule: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

We are expanding our service operation and launching a dedicated second shift. This is an opportunity for the right technician to step into a leadership role and help build a high-performing evening team from the ground up.

We are looking for a strong, dependable Lead Technician who can produce, diagnose, assist other technicians, and help maintain the pace and quality of the shop after normal business hours.

This is not a basic technician position. We need someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can be trusted to help keep the shop moving when management is not standing over their shoulder.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs
• Supporting second-shift technicians when they need assistance
• Helping prioritize work based on parts availability, promised times, and RO status
• Reviewing carryover work from the day shift
• Maintaining repair quality and reducing comebacks
• Communicating repair status and concerns to the Service Operations Lead
• Helping keep the shop organized, clean, and productive
• Setting the standard for the second-shift team
