Role Sorian Aerospace is building a high-performance fighter-class jet for adversary air (Red Air) missions and advanced pilot training. The goal: deliver the maneuverability, integrated electronic warfare, BVR targeting, autonomous flight, CCA interoperability, and flight experience of front-line fighters — at a fraction of the cost. As Lead Avionics Engineer, you'll own the entire avionics stack — from wiring diagrams to flight computer software. You'll design and build the hardware and code that makes the aircraft fly, sense, communicate, and adapt. This includes flight displays, navigation systems, control surfaces, comms, sensor integration, onboard compute, and autonomy infrastructure. You'll work closely with flight test, propulsion, and systems teams to ensure seamless integration across all domains. This is a hands-on engineering role with real ownership — and zero legacy constraints.
