Lead Baker / Assistant Manager

Un Deux Trois Café & Bakery – Rogers, AR

 

Un Deux Trois is looking for an experienced Lead Baker / Assistant Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique hybrid role that combines hands-on baking leadership with café operations and management support. We're looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and leads by example.

What You'll Do

  • Lead daily baking and pastry production
  • Execute recipes with consistency, quality, and attention to detail
  • Support product development and seasonal menu offerings
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, food cost management, and production planning
  • Help train, coach, and develop team members
  • Serve as a key operational partner to the General Manager
  • Support front-of-house operations during busy service periods
  • Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Uphold and model Un Deux Trois' culture, hospitality standards, and core values

 

Required Qualifications

  • Professional baking, pastry, culinary, or relevant food production experience
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
  • Ability to work overnight and early morning shifts
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask between production and operational responsibilities
  • Positive attitude and team-first mentality
  • Dependable, accountable, and self-motivated

Schedule

  • Early mornings and occasional overnight production shifts
  • No late-night restaurant hours
  • Mix of baking production, management, and café support shifts
  • Full-time salary position
