Do you love coffee, people, and creating a welcoming experience for guests? Berry's on Main is looking for a friendly, outgoing Barista to join our team.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with the public, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in serving high-quality coffee drinks and fresh baked goods. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome and can help create the warm atmosphere Berry's is known for.

Qualifications

• Must love people and enjoy interacting with guests
• Friendly, outgoing, and dependable
• Passion for coffee and learning about coffee beverages
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation is required
• Must be available to work weekends
• Previous coffee shop, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks
• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Assist customers with menu questions and recommendations
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked coffee bar area
• Assist with bakery and grab-and-go sales
• Help keep the dining room and café area neat and inviting
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Schedule

Tues-Friday the schedule is flexible

 Weekend availability is required.

Saturday

• 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Sunday

• 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation

$12–$15 per hour plus tips
