Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM 6:30 AM | Monday Friday
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Team Leader to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This facility specializes in producing bathroom wall panels made from foam-based materials with a thin cement coating. The Team Leader will oversee production employees, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and help maintain efficient workflow throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
Lead and support production employees during daily manufacturing operations
Monitor workflow and ensure production goals and deadlines are met
Train and assist employees on proper procedures, safety practices, and quality standards
Ensure products meet company specifications and quality requirements
Coordinate production activities and communicate with supervisors regarding production updates or issues
Assist with troubleshooting minor production or material issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and attendance expectations
Support employees with material handling, production setup, and general labor tasks as needed
Complete shift reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
Previous leadership or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience working in production, assembly, or industrial environments
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
Pay Rate: $24.00 $27.00/hour based on experience
