The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced bathroom remodeler who takes pride in clean installs, strong customer communication, and running organized jobsites. You will begin as the lead installer on our projects, mastering our systems and setting the standard for quality in the field. The role will quickly evolve into a "working" Production Manager position where you continue to install and also begin supervising crews and working directly with the owner to scale the business.
What You’ll Do
· Deliver clean, high-quality installs from demo through final walkthrough with minimal callbacks.
· Handle wet-area plumbing, waterproofing, finish work, and composite wall systems.
· Maintain organized, professional job sites inside occupied homes.
· Communicate confidently and professionally with homeowners.
· Train and help manage future installers and helpers.
· Coordinate materials, project flow, and installation efficiency.
· Use company systems for job updates, photos, and communication.
What We’re Looking For
· 5+ years of residential bathroom remodeling experience.
· Pro-level competency in wet-area plumbing (valves, traps, drains), advanced waterproofing systems, and finish carpentry.
· Leadership experience as a lead installer, foreman, or crew lead.
· Professional communication and problem-solving skills.
· High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
· Organized, reliable, and accountable.
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to transport job materials, basic tools.
This Role Is NOT For Someone Who
· Doesn’t like taking step-by-step photos or using basic tech.
· Performs better under direct supervision.
· Leaves the clean-up for tomorrow.
· Struggles with demanding customers.
· Counts on callbacks to make final adjustments.
· Has an unpredictable schedule.
