We're looking for a certain kind of clinician:  a BCBA who aspires to have their kids make breakthroughs families talk about for years, whose BTs and RBTs grow into better clinicians because of their mentorship, and who can hold scientific rigor in one hand and steady, sensitive care in the other and never let go!

What you'll do

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs - and grow the next generation of Life Changers along the way
• Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
• Let data guide your decisions, and keep each child squarely at the center

What we're looking for

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Strong clinical judgment and the kind of communication that builds trust

What we offer - $88,763 - $102,078 - and potential increase with our BCBA Career Path levels!
