CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Lead Branding & Graphic Designer for a creative branding and design client in the Fort Worth, TX area. This role is responsible for developing brand identities, retail graphics, packaging, signage, and marketing materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful visual solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in branding, graphic design, retail design, Adobe Creative Suite, and visual identity development who are looking to grow their creative influence within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute brand identity systems, logos, retail graphics, signage, packaging, and marketing collateral
• Develop brand guidelines and visual standards that ensure consistency across multiple client touchpoints
• Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual design solutions
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, account management, and design teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Present creative concepts and design recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients
• Mentor and provide creative guidance to designers while contributing to team development
• Participate in project planning, creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and production meetings
• Maintain organized project files, design documentation, and creative assets
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Support print, digital, environmental, and production-ready design initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communications
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience creating brand identities, logo systems, brand guidelines, and marketing assets
• Knowledge of print production, environmental graphics, packaging, and digital design workflows
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, creative strategy, and visual design expertise
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field preferred
