The Lead Braze Technician oversees the application of filler metals, stop off, and fluxes according to process sheets, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Monitors production progress, revises schedules, resolves issues, and reports results
• Follows specifications, documents processes, and inspects parts for router conformity
• Operates equipment and power tools, maintains logs, and ensures a safe, clean work environment
• Uses PPE and adheres to safety standards, reporting accidents immediately
• Trains new employees and assists with work procedures
• Performs related tasks as directed
Requirements include a high school diploma/GED, experience in furnace or heat-treating, knowledge of work practices, customer drawings, strong communication, organization, and integrity skills.
