Detailed Job Description: • Collaborate with portfolio managers, investment analysts and other stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges. • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring they align with the organization's investment strategy. • Define user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for new solutions or enhancements. • Work closely with development and IT teams to design and implement solutions, including investment management systems and trading platforms. • Support the testing process by creating test plans, test cases, and coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) • Analyze financial and investment data to support business decisions • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment. • Deliver presentations and updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and key findings
