Required Qualifications- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience bridging business and technical teams.
- Strong data analysis and reporting experience.
- Experience working with technical product managers and technical stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Experience creating presentations and executive-facing materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

AI Knowledge Requirements
Candidates are
not expected to build AI models, but must possess sufficient knowledge to:
- Understand conversational AI concepts.
- Assess AI use cases and business opportunities.
- Support AI-focused initiatives and programs.
- Demonstrate familiarity with platforms such as AWS AI Services, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting AI or technology-focused teams.
- Understanding of Conversational AI, NLU, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI concepts.
- Experience with idea management platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Business intelligence reporting experience.
- Formal project management experience.
- Insurance and/or Claims industry experience.
