Job Title: Lead Business Analyst – LCNC / n8n Workflow Automation

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Engage stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and automation opportunities
• Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, discovery, and design thinking
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Act as SPOC for requirement clarifications throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Ensure alignment between business goals, automation outcomes, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong domain experience in Banking / Financial Services
• Hands-on experience with LCNC workflow automation platforms (preferably n8n)
• Experience in enterprise automation or digital transformation programs
• Strong understanding of system integrations and API-driven architectures
