Overview We are looking for a highly experienced
Lead Business Analyst with strong expertise in
Low-Code / No-Code (LCNC) workflow automation, preferably
n8n, to support enterprise-wide automation and AI-driven transformation initiatives within the banking sector.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirement gathering, solution design, and successful delivery of scalable automation solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and modern AI-enabled productivity tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and automation opportunities
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and design-thinking discussions
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Act as the primary point of contact for requirement clarification throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Workflow Automation & LCNC Platforms- Analyze, design, and document workflows using LCNC platforms, with a focus on n8n
- Define end-to-end automation processes including integrations, exception handling, and human intervention points
- Work with tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, or Appian (preferred but not mandatory)
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
- Support UAT, deployment, and continuous improvement of automation solutions
AI & Productivity Tools- Utilize tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar AI solutions to enhance productivity
- Improve requirement documentation and process analysis using AI-assisted tools
- Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities into workflows (e.g., decision-making, classification, data enrichment)
Documentation & Governance- Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs, FRS, user stories, and process flows
- Develop solution diagrams, workflow documentation, and value realization reports
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and banking regulations
- Support audit and compliance activities
Required Skills & QualificationsCore Experience- 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Banking or Financial Services
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation and LCNC platforms (n8n strongly preferred)
- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise automation initiatives
- Strong understanding of system integrations and API-based architectures
Technical & Functional Skills- Proficiency in requirement elicitation and process modeling (BPMN preferred)
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, architects)
- Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent workflows is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with multiple LCNC platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise banking processes and regulatory standards
- Experience with AI-enabled workflow automation
