Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect & lead generate for new clients
- Handle warm, qualified buyer leads
- Show homes, write offers, and attend appointments
- Provide expert guidance and market insights to buyers throughout their journey
- Maintain follow-up systems, nurture pipeline relationships, and close deals
- Collaborate with you lead buyers specialist and a full support team: admin, marketing, and transaction coordinators

Qualifications
- HI Real Estate license Needed (must be enrolled in pre-licensing class to apply)
- Strong sense of service first and finding resolutions under pressure
- High sense of urgency - efficient and effective
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to influence and lead while remaining humble
