We’re looking for a top-tier Lead Installer who takes pride in their work, solves problems independently, and delivers clean, professional installations every time.
This is not an entry-level role—we’re looking for someone who operates at a high level and wants to be part of a company that values craftsmanship.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead installation of custom cabinetry in high-end residential projects
- Interpret shop drawings and execute installs with precision
- Handle field modifications and problem-solving without constant oversight
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Represent Feist Cabinets professionally with clients and builders
- Install trim, moldings, hardware, and specialty components to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years installing custom cabinetry (high-end preferred)
- Strong finish carpentry skills—this is detail work, not production installs
- Ability to read plans and think ahead on installs
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and doesn’t cut corners
- Professional communication with clients and team
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
