Responsibilities:

• Leadership ability for training and communicating with fellow staff members
• Design and decorate cakes for various occasions, ensuring high-quality presentation.
• Collaborate with the baking team to create unique cake concepts and flavors.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety standards.
•  Manage inventory and order decorating supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers to understand their vision and provide personalized cake options.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually improve decorating skills.
• Participate in special events and promotions to showcase cake designs.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Provide 5 -10 pictures of your previous work along with resume.
• Saturdays a must, No Sundays.     
• Proven experience as a cake decorator or in a similar role within a bakery.
• Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail in cake design.
• Knowledge of various cake decorating techniques and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Food handling certification is a plus.
• Passion for baking and a desire to create memorable experiences for customers.
