Salary Range: $111,904 – $143,312 annually
Bonus: $15,000 extended bonus for eligible external hires

Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Cardiovascular Technologist to support a hospital-based cardiovascular and interventional imaging department in Eureka, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced Cath Lab or Cardiovascular Technologist who is clinically strong and ready to take on limited lead responsibilities.

Under the direction of department leadership, the Lead Tech will serve as a technical, clinical, and administrative resource for the team while helping maintain department standards, workflow, and quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cardiovascular and interventional imaging procedures in a hospital setting
  • Serve as a clinical and technical resource for department staff
  • Support limited supervisory duties as directed by department leadership
  • Help ensure compliance with department standards, safety protocols, and quality expectations
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to support excellent patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an approved Radiology Imaging Technologist program
  • Active California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification required upon hire
  • Active ARRT certification required upon hire
  • Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association required upon hire
  • Minimum of 2 years of hospital-based Cardiovascular and/or Interventional Imaging Technologist experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cardiovascular Credentialing International certification
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience
