Description
At Ease Home Care is launching in Idaho and seeking a compassionate Lead Caregiver / Intake Coordinator. This role provides hands-on care while supporting client intake, caregiver coordination, and care quality.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Responsibilities:
• Provide non-medical in-home personal care
• Support client intake and onboarding
• Assist with caregiver scheduling and coverage
• Mentor caregivers and monitor care quality
Qualifications:
• 2+ years caregiving experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
