Lead Caregiver

Love and Loyalty Homecare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our leadership team. This position plays a key role in supervising our caregiving staff, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and ready to lead by example.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support caregiving staff

• Assist with scheduling, caregiver callouts, and shift coverage

• Perform routine in-home visits and quality assurance checks

• Ensure caregivers comply with agency policies and dress code

• Report any issues or client concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent needs
