Your Role:
Lead and mentor a crew of carpenters and apprentices, managing projects from framing through finish. Ensure every detail meets our high standards while fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise carpentry crews on residential remodels and additions
• Execute complex framing and finish carpentry tasks
• Interpret plans, manage budgets, schedules, and materials
• Lead safety meetings and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance
• Train and mentor team members
• Communicate clearly with clients, leadership, and subcontractors
• Represent WORKS by JD with professionalism on-site and in the community

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of high-end residential carpentry experience
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities
• OSHA 10 and RRP certifications preferred
• Physically capable of handling demanding work in all weather
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
