Job Description Are you a skilled lead carpenter/foreman with 7+ years experience who lives in Sonoma County? (FYI - if you don't live in Sonoma County, please don't apply. We place an extremely high value on quality of life and unnecessarily sitting in traffic goes against everything we believe in.)
Do you have a solid track record of successfully leading small crews respectfully and with a positive attitude? (We do not tolerate brilliant jerks here.)
Do you consider yourself as someone with solid experience in high end residential construction/remodeling from foundations to finish?
Are you motivated to work quickly, efficiently and without sacrificing quality?
Are you someone who thrives on the personal satisfaction that comes from a job well done?

Qualifications 7+ years leading as a lead carpenter/foreman with a medium-sized general contracting company doing high end residential remodels, additions, and new homes required.
