Are you a hands-on carpenter who thrives on running a tight, well-organized job site? We're a local remodeling company looking to add a Lead Carpenter to our team — someone who takes real pride in their craft and enjoys steering residential remodeling projects from the ground up.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day rhythm of the job site: hands-on carpentry work, coordinating the flow of each project, and keeping things moving from first day to final walkthrough. If you take pride in doing things right the first time, enjoy mentoring the people around you, and want to work somewhere that invests in both its people and its projects, we want to talk to you.

$32 - $37 hourly
