Lead Carpenter – Residential Remodeling

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll run projects in the field, lead carpenters, and work directly on high-quality residential renovations.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish
• Perform hands-on carpentry (framing, trim, finish work, cabinetry, doors/windows)
• Supervise and support carpenters and apprentices
• Coordinate subcontractors on-site
• Keep job sites organized, safe, and on schedule
• Communicate with project leadership as needed

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
• Experience leading crews or working as a lead carpenter/foreman
• Strong finish and rough carpentry skills
• Ability to read plans and work independently
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license
