What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything. We're looking for someone who already has strong residential carpentry skills and takes pride in producing outstanding work. Ideal candidates have experience with:
Residential remodeling
Framing
Finish carpentry
Reading plans
Problem solving
Working independently and with a team
Professional communication with homeowners
