What You'll Do
- Work on residential or commercial reconstruction projects throughout Hampton Roads to bring the property back to ‘pre-loss condition’
- Complete carpentry tasks in accordance with a comprehensive scope of work, including but not limited to:
- Demolition and framing; hang and case doors and windows; install cabinets
- Install LVP flooring, ceramic tile, trim, baseboard and crown molding
- Detach and reset cabinets and appliances to include washers, dryers, microwaves, dishwashers and ranges
- Light plumbing and electrical work
- Paint and patch drywall
- Install hardware and perform punch list work as necessary to complete a project
- Conduct detailed material take offs and purchase lumber, hardware, lighting, etc.
- Uphold company standards and ensure high-quality restoration work
- Use a mobile app to document work with photos and notes on every job
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members throughout the project
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations when using power tools and throughout restoration activities

What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills and commitment to doing the job right
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for long periods
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable using mobile apps to record information
