Throughout the day, you'll move between hands-on carpentry and oversight, tackling roofing repairs, siding work, window and door installations, and skylight projects while ensuring every detail meets your high standards. When challenges arise, you'll think on your feet, adjusting for imperfect structures and guiding your team toward the best solution. You'll mentor junior technicians, sharpening their skills as you deliver results customers can trust, all while maintaining a safe, productive work environment that reflects Roof Plus' commitment to excellence.This is a full-time carpenter position working Monday through Friday, starting at 7:45 AM and typically ending around 5:00 PM. Some flexibility is expected depending on project needs.
