Lead Cashier - Full Time - Tampa

Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will oversee daily store operations, support our customer service associates, and ensure our customers receive the highest level of service.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and support the customer service team to deliver exceptional service
• Assist with training and development of new and existing employees
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention
• Manage cash handling operations and oversee accurate transaction processing
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise presentation, and inventory levels
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with store management to maximize operational efficiency
• Perform cashier duties as needed during shifts

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in retail or customer service roles, preferably in convenience stores
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and computer literacy
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus
