Position Overview:

- Schedule: Day Shift 7am - 4pm

What You Will Do:
Leads assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in pharmacy services. Serves as a subject
matter expert and provides guidance across pharmacies and to clinical leadership.
- Leads or coordinates shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
- Serves as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties as associates they lead.
- Assigns, monitors and reviews progress of work. Monitors and reports compliance with policies and/orprocedures. May resolve scheduling issues.
- Oversees daily activities of the pharmacy technicians under the direction of the pharmacists and
management. - Assists with specialty projects and tasks as assigned by Pharmacy management. Participates in problem solving within the department.
- Provides input into hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Currently certified as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) by the Institute for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
