Tender Care Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team in Morton, Illinois!
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled technician who is ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to practice high-quality veterinary medicine in a collaborative, supportive environment.
As our Lead Veterinary Technician, you will play an essential role in both patient care and team development. You’ll help guide daily operations, support fellow technicians and assistants, and foster a positive, efficient workplace culture centered around exceptional medicine and compassionate care.
This role is ideal for a technician with strong emotional intelligence, excellent multitasking skills, and a passion for mentoring others while delivering exceptional patient care.
Full-time position with a 4/10 schedule. Availability needed Monday–Saturday, including 1–2 Saturdays per month.
