As we prepare for a vibrant and busy season on Cape Cod, we are seeking passionate, high-energy culinary professionals to join our team as Banquet Chef and Sous Chef. Your Focuses
Culinary Excellence: Lead or support a diverse kitchen team in executing high-quality menus for weddings, corporate events, and resort guests.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a strong kitchen operation, overseeing food preparation, station organization, and inventory management.
Guest Experience: Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and resolving culinary issues with speed and professionalism.
Your Background and Skills
Education: A degree or current enrollment in a Culinary Arts program is highly preferred. We are looking for students and graduates who are eager to apply their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen or resort setting is preferred.
Safety First: Knowledge of MSDS and OSHA standards, with a commitment to practicing safe work habits and wearing protective equipment.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, and lift up to 50 pounds in a busy kitchen environment.
