This role is for a Shift Lead in Chemistry Development based in Sheboygan Falls, WI, working Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:30am.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with 3+ years of industry experience.
Preferred skills include process scale-up, team leadership, knowledge of ISO and 6S standards, analytical techniques (GC, NMR, IR), strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
The salary range is $80,400-$153,400 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits like health insurance, PTO, and retirement plans.
