Learning Laughing and Growing Childcare Academy is a star facility located in Mt. Airy/Germantown section of Philadelphia. We are currently looking for a Lead Teacher who is willing to grow with us. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, motivated and have a genuine love for children and caring for them. This person must have childcare experience, organized, creative and willing to be actively involved with learning through play. We are also looking for someone with a current CDA but not required at this time. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following minimum duties:

Maintaining a safe and fun environment for young children. Prepare educational lesson plans and creative activates while maintaining a clean and safe environment for all children. Attend all monthly trainings and staff meetings and adhere to all state required regulations.

Monday- Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
