This long‑term contract opportunity offers leadership responsibility, project ownership, and the ability to make a direct impact on large‑scale capital projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead civil and structural engineering design activities for industrial capital projects.Develop conceptual designs, layouts, cost studies, and material take‑offs.Supervise and mentor engineering team members while ensuring quality deliverables.Review engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications for code compliance.Prepare and evaluate bid packages for civil and structural construction scopes.Provide technical leadership throughout project planning, design, and construction.Coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Support continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and engineering best practices.Conduct field visits and provide construction support as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.8+ years of civil/structural engineering experience on industrial or capital projects.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Experience leading CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) project scopes.Strong knowledge of IBC, AISC, ASCE, ACI, and related engineering codes.Proficiency with RISA 3D, RISA Foundation, CAD software, and Microsoft Office.Project management experience on single-discipline or multi-discipline projects preferred.Ability to travel 25-35% for field assessments and construction support.Compensation$90-$100 per hour.Per Diem Available.Long-Term Contract Assignment (1+ Year).Ready to lead impactful industrial engineering projects and advance your career?
