Overview
As a civil lead for our HTS IL market (pay range $20 to $28 per hour), you will train and work alongside other field technicians to complete site prep and perform civil construction, steel fabrication and tower erecting activities for the fastest-growing telecommunications company in the Midwest. Every day, you will be responsible for preplanning, describing and performing the current scope of work, troubleshooting, and communicating with crews, the foreman, and the top of tower.
What We Need from You
To thrive in this role, you must be able to travel Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required. Frequent overtime and overnight travel should be expected. You will need to be comfortable working outside in all conditions, and you should have basic computer knowledge. Additionally, you should be able to:
