We clean residential homes, Airbnb properties, and commercial spaces — and we do it right. We're looking for a Lead Cleaner/Supervisor who is naturally detail-obsessed. Not someone who gets it mostly done. Someone who notices the streak on the mirror, the corner that got skipped, and the baseboard everyone else walks past.
What You'll Do
Clean and supervise across residential, Airbnb, and commercial properties
Lead the team on-site and hold quality standards high
Conduct walkthroughs before leaving every property
Support and mentor team members
What We're Looking For
1+ years of professional cleaning experience
True attention to detail — you notice what others miss
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
A leader who sets the tone by example
