• Must have good communication skills

Schedule 

• M-F; 25 - 30 hours per week
• 5:30 PM - 11PM (or earlier) 

Job Summary
As an  Lead Cleaning Specialist, you will be crucial in ensuring partner satisfaction by supporting the cleaning needs at their location and handling their requests efficiently. Your responsibilities will include servicing the partner's cleaning needs, supporting absent employees, and maintaining regular communication with the District Manager to report on activities and progress. Pay will be upon experience.

Responsibilities 

• Fulfilling client requests
• Providing restocking for client weekly 
• Reports to the district manager on a regular basis 
• Leading team members to perform their best
• Reporting on employee performance
