QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in custom application development and integration, with at least 5 years in a lead role.

Experience with SAP BTP integration platforms.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with security best practices in application development and integration.
Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using various programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript frameworks).
Deep understanding of integration patterns, technologies, and best practices (e.g., RESTful APIs, SOAP, message queues, ETL, API gateways).
Experience integrating with various enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).
Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cloud-based integration services is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile development methodologies

•     Lead and mentor a team of custom application developers and integration specialists within the implementation partner team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
•     Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance to ensure timely and quality delivery.
•     Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
•     Oversee the entire lifecycle of custom application development, from design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
•     Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
•     Architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable custom applications using appropriate technologies and frameworks.
•     Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
•     Manage code repositories, version control, and deployment processes.
