Job Description – Lead CNA

Schedule Requirements
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- The evening shift may be eligible for a shift differential.
- Schedule availability is required Monday through Friday.
- Every other weekend on-call coverage is required from 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
- Occasional coverage outside of regularly scheduled hours may be required based on business needs, including coverage until 10:00 PM.
Applicants must be able to reliably work this weekday schedule, as it is essential to supporting caregiver training, onboarding, and daily operations. HOURS VARY ON LOCATION! ASK US!!

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate caregiver training
- Assist with training in the office and in clients’ homes
- Client intake assessments
- Introduce new caregivers to clients
- Fill in as a caregiver when needed
- Assist with in-office projects as assigned (i.e. paperwork, phone support, additional trainings)
- Cover shifts, be on-call every other weekend and as assigned
What You Need to Be Successful
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Compassion and respect for people from all backgrounds
- Dependability and reliability
- Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks (assisting with mobility, repositioning in bed, balance support, etc.)
Requirements
- Current CNA license
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance record
