This full-time, non-exempt Lead CNC Machine Operator position offers an hourly wage of $27-$35, with a $1 shift differential for 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am).
Responsibilities include leading a team of CNC operators, handling personnel issues, setting up and operating CNC mills/lathes, reading technical drawings, troubleshooting equipment, making programming adjustments, inspecting work for quality, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.
Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, 3-5 years of CNC operating and setup experience, and prior supervisory or lead experience is preferred. Employment is contingent on background checks, drug screening, and employment verification.
