Are you the go-to pro when a CNC goes down?

Your mission

  • Be the safety standard bearer—follow procedures, elevate concerns, and keep areas clean and compliant with preventive maintenance expectations.
  • Plan and execute installations, removals, and relocations of CNC and manual equipment.
  • Use wiring diagrams, layouts, and electrical/mechanical prints to diagnose issues quickly and accurately.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems by reading schematics and determining precise repair actions.
  • Apply Lock Out/Tag Out without compromise when servicing any machine.
  • Support additional duties that drive uptime and reliability.

  • 2+ years troubleshooting/repairing hydraulic and pneumatic circuits, plus heating, cooling, and general building systems.
  • 2+ years reading and interpreting blueprints/mechanical prints and electrical schematics/wiring diagrams.
  • 2+ years using precision measurement tools (micrometers, gauges, meters, calipers, etc.).

How you operate

  • High mechanical aptitude; comfortable with precision tooling and industrial processes; committed to safety and continuous improvement.
  • Self-directed and collaborative in equal measure.
  • Strong communicator in English, written and spoken.
  • Analytical problem-solver who thrives in technical, fast-paced environments.
