What your day looks like
Set up and run advanced CNC milling and turning centers to produce high-precision components.
Leverage Mill-Turn capabilities, live tooling, or 5-axis machining to tackle complex geometries (highly preferred).
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan each job effectively.
Dial in tooling, apply offsets, and make setup adjustments to achieve exacting specs.
Own quality at the machine: inspect work, troubleshoot, and optimize processes.
Best fit for experienced Level 3–4 CNC Machinists who work independently.
Compensation & schedule
$28.00–$40.00/hr depending on experience.
1st Shift: 5:00 AM–3:00 PM (consistent schedule).
