We are seeking a skilled CNC Department Lead specializing in 5-axis Mastercam programming and mill setup, to oversee daily operations and mentor a team of machinists. This hands-on role involves programming complex parts on true simultaneous 5-axis CNC mills (Haas UMC or equivalent), setting up machines, and ensuring high-quality, tight-tolerance production for regulated industries such as aerospace and medical. Responsibilities include developing machining processes, troubleshooting, collaborating with engineering, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Qualified candidates will have 5-10+ years of CNC experience, proficiency in Mastercam (advanced 5-axis toolpaths), and strong knowledge of machining principles.
